Today’s word is: Sister
Journal entry 1356:
Mum came home from the hospital today. She has a small bump in her middle and it seems to grow the more I look at it. It’s hard to think i’m going to be a big sister to whatever is in there – I say whatever, but it’s only going to be a boy or a girl.
As a big sister, I think it’s my duty to just say: I’m going to be your best friend and your worst enemy. But at the end of the day, you’re all I’ll have when mum grounds me for sneaking out at night.
